You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Public Works Directorate of NAVAL FAC ENGR CMD EUROPE SW ASIA.Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:Providing technical expertise and program analysis support in multiple areas (i.e. resource requirements, financial execution, performance metrics, work flow processes, community management, etc.);Developing and implementing complex business processes for assigned programs;Analyzing programs to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency and/or proposing solutions to identified problems;Utilizing electronic databases (i.e. Business Management System, Total Workforce Management Services, Maximo, etc.) to collect, compile, record and maintain program data and to identify trends in the workplace;Preparing briefings and documents to support resourcing, workforce, or administrative actions.Note: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for this position.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
