We are looking for a Program Controller .
The Program Controller has the objective of guaranteeing the integrity and accuracy of the Economic/Financial Performance in relation to their reference Line of Business and playing the role of Active Business Partner in support of the Decision-making Process.
The main accountabilities and activities related to this role are as follows:
Monitoring the economic-financial progress of the orders, ensuring the tracking of the costs incurred during the execution of the works in relation to what was planned;
Supporting the preparation of reports on the progress of the works, through the preparation of ad-hoc analyses, highlighting any deviations from both costs and planned times;
Assisting in the verification activities of the revisions of the economic estimate to ensure consistency between the commitments made and the economic-financial implications;
Supporting the process of preparing monthly/quarterly/annual reports, ensuring a clear view of the economic and financial results;
Assisting the Project Manager and all the IPT in creating accurate forecasts on the program performance, continuously supporting the team in assessing the impacts of business/operational choices and identifying recovery actions;
Participating in the implementation of a monitoring and tracking system for recovery actions.
HARD SKILLS
Master's degree in economics and finance or management engineering
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
SOFT SKILLS
Capability to work in cross-functional team environments;
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
Ability to synthesize information;
Enthusiasm and proactivity in sharing opinions and viewpoints.
