Job Opportunity: ICT Governance Coordinator at CPL TAYLOR by Synergos srl

Location: Berceto, Italy (Parma with potential for smart working)

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Salary: €25,000 - €35,000 annually

Role Overview

You will be part of the ICT team for one of our main clients, with organizational responsibilities across various ICT functions, including the Technology Services and Support team and the Group ICT Geographies. This strategic, cross-functional staff position has a significant impact on coordinating, managing, and disseminating governance processes.

Your responsibilities include strategic alignment and operational planning of ICT resources, promoting operational efficiency, and ensuring adherence to ICT policies. No specific IT skills are required; a strong predisposition towards digital tools, especially in Project/Program Management practices, is preferred.

Key Activities

1. Ensure and promote collaboration and alignment among corporate teams respecting governance practices and policies.
2. Coordinate onboarding processes for new branches concerning ICT governance tools.
3. Plan and monitor ICT resource capacity to optimize Budget, Capacity, and Planning.
4. Supervise updates and adaptations of governance tools to meet business needs.
5. Analyze governance processes to improve effectiveness.
6. Foster collaboration between branches and corporate teams.
7. Support small entities in adopting governance practices.
8. Participate in interdepartmental meetings to ensure strategic alignment of ICT resources.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• University background, preferably in humanities.
• Passionate about IT technologies and keeps updated on ICT developments.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English.
