Contract: Permanent, full-time

Salary: €25,000 - €35,000

About the company: A young and dynamic company operating in DIGITAL INNOVATION, collaborating with major groups across Italy. Recognized for innovation and providing efficient, customized solutions in ICT governance.

The role: You will be part of the ICT team of a major client, with organizational responsibilities across various ICT functions, including Technology Services and Support and ICT Group Geographies. This is a strategic, transversal, staff position with a significant impact on coordinating and managing governance processes. You will also align ICT strategies and operational planning, promoting operational efficiency and adherence to ICT policies.

Requirements: No specific IT skills required, but a strong predisposition towards DIGITAL tools, especially in Project/Program Management practices.

Your activities include:

1. Encouraging collaboration and alignment among corporate teams respecting governance practices and policies.
2. Coordinating onboarding processes for new branches regarding ICT governance tools.
3. Planning and monitoring ICT resources capacity to ensure optimization (Budget, Capacity, Planning).
4. Updating and adapting governance tools to meet business needs.
5. Analyzing governance processes to increase effectiveness.
6. Promoting collaboration within and between subsidiaries and the corporate team.
7. Supporting small entities in adopting governance practices.
8. Participating in interdepartmental meetings to ensure strategic alignment of ICT resources.

Ideal candidate:

• Holds a university degree, preferably in humanities.
• Passionate about ICT and keeps up-to-date with developments.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of English is required.
