We are looking for a skilled Project Construction Manager to lead the execution of utility-scale solar PV projects ranging from 10MW to 100MW. Based in either Milan or Rome, you will be responsible for overseeing the full construction lifecycle—ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning and execution of large-scale solar PV construction projectsManage relationships with EPCs, contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholdersMonitor project milestones, budgets, and resource allocationEnsure full compliance with HSE regulations and company standardsOversee technical implementation and resolve on-site challenges proactivelyProvide regular updates to senior management and contribute to project reportingRequirements:Proven experience managing construction of utility-scale solar PV projects (10MW–100MW)Strong knowledge of civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering conceptsFluency in Italian and professional proficiency in EnglishExcellent project management, leadership, and communication skillsWillingness to travel to project sites as neededWhat We Offer:Key role in delivering high-impact solar projects with a respected IPPLong-term pipeline of projects and growth opportunitiesCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives
