Reporting to Italy Customer Service Manager of industrial pump business operation, the role is to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. As a Project Engineer, you will be the contact person to our suppliers and customers, technicians and internal departments. You will oversee all parts (purchasing, logistic, customer contact, production) of jobs in backlog and be responsible for project execution. The role is located in Cormano.

Responsibilities&Requirements:

Creation of orders and sending order confirmation to the customer;

Order management and resolution of any problems by providing customer and production interface in international environment;

Sales, OTD and PDBL management and forecast;

Jobs and documentation archive;

Operational management of logistics, movement of goods in the various phases of wip to and from suppliers/customers;

SAP entry and management of purchase orders for goods and services and related commercial negotiations, also of repair offers, new pumps and spare parts with procurement through sap and external. Related technical and economic feasibility studies;

Management of on-site activities (and any related contracts), of commercial and organizational aspects with the customer, of safety documentation, management of involved suppliers and of the related commercial relationship;

Maintenance of backlog delivery dates in the system, forecast of turnover and realization of production programs;

Be an active part in SHEA and quality aspects, ensuring all activities are carried out according related directions.

Technical knowledge of centrifugal pumps;

Knowledge of SAP ERP system.
