Job Title: Project Engineer Support
Location: Origgio Site (VA)
20% Remote working and 5% estimated travel
Contract Type: Fixed-Term (1 year), Full time
Team Overview: The Technical Services and IT team at Origgio (VA) manages engineering activities, maintenance of buildings, machinery, and automation systems, and oversees energy aspects of the site.
Key Responsibilities: Support data collection, archiving, and monitoring of project investments, interfacing with the administrative coordinator for expense reporting using Excel and reporting systems.
Assist the OMI & PP Manager in drafting interim and final reports, contribute to technical documentation for projects, and represent technical references in governance meetings.
Collaborate on-site during installation and configuration of new equipment.
Support the Engineering Team Leader in project development, ensuring milestones are met according to guidelines and standards.
Conduct FAT, SAT, IQ, and OQ validations and periodic re-qualification of plant equipment.
Assist in evaluating CAPA/Deviations/Phenix events and collaborate to improve machinery efficiencies.
Candidate Profile: Experience:
Experience in managing projects in technical studies, engineering, or industrial technical offices, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food sector.
Able to work independently while adhering to safety regulations.
Soft Skills:
Team-oriented with a willingness to share technical knowledge.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to handle daily challenges independently.
Good interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in operating systems and office automation programs (Windows, MAC, Linux, Office, Autocad, etc.).
Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management methodology.
Experience managing projects in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
Knowledge of activities in funded projects is a plus but not mandatory.
Education:
Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Automation Engineering.
Languages:
Fluent in Italian (native) and English (spoken and written required).
