Position

We are looking for a Project Manager – Electrical Design to join our team at our HQs in Brugine (PD).

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Electrical Design Team, overseeing the entire process from quotation to project completion for Electrical Control Panels in the HVAC and Refrigeration market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: leading the Electrical Design Team across HQ and international branches
• Training & Development: structuring training programs and organizational development strategies to enhance the efficiency and skills of the team and individual engineers
• Process & Tool Development: defining, developing, and improving internal tools, software, and processes to ensure the best Quality, Cost, and Delivery for platform products
• Cross-Functional Role: Acting as a key interface between Sales & Marketing, R&D, and Operations, both at HQ and across our branches

Requirements

• Experience in leading Design Teams
• Strong knowledge of electrical control panel design and related processes
• Ability to coordinate teams and projects across multiple locations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
