About the Company - DULEVO INTERNATIONAL SPA, FAYAT GROUP, the leading italian manufacturer of sweepers, scrubbers and street washers for commercial, industrial and urban cleaning, operating in more than 80 countries worldwide: https://www.linkedin.com/company/dulevo-international-spa/About the Role - The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing program execution achieving performance targets (cost, time, quality, margin) and fulfilling market needs and requirements.ResponsibilitiesImprove the existing product development process and adapt it to the current circumstancesGrant and drive the application of above product development processLead/Coordinate the cross-functional team ensuring the achievement of program targets (revenues, cost, time quality, margin, …)Contribute to define product road map, and strategic industrial plan and associated budgetPromote benchmarking and product positioning versus competitors in liaison with Product MarketingEvaluate technical feasibility, cost and timing of potential new programs; namely but not only, in case of Customer Product Requests (supporting new business acquisition) and Prepare the business case for spending approval of the ProjectsDevelopment and industrialization of new products according to defined KPI (timing, cost, investments, performance, quality)Is also in charge to manage the Current Production products, leading the continuous improvement with the goal of achieving gross margin increase, cost reduction and quality improvement targetsReports of Work in Progress and Risk Management issues to different level of management reviewsDrive strategic suppliers sourcing decisions and localization strategies QualificationsTechnical background – mechanical or management engineering preferredAt least 10 years of experience in project management execution, experience in the Automotive Industry will be considered a plus Required Skills Production processes basic know-how - APQP and ISO 9001 know howBasic Financials background (Product Cost and Business case management)Negotiation and team managementVery good communication skills, written and spokenFluent EnglishLeadershipProblem SolvingTravel Requirements: InternationalEqual Opportunity Statement - Include a statement on commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
