Position
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of EPC projects in the Energy sector
- Ensure compliance with all project safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Manage project scope, timeline, and budget, and mitigate risks effectively
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and implement corrective actions as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering or a related field
- Experience of at least 5 years in managing complex projects
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- Understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction processes
- Experience in risk analysis and mitigation, contract negotiation, control of project costs or vendor management will be a plus
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English. Other languages are a plus.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, set priorities, and drive project teams to meet deadlines and objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder updates, client interactions, and team coordination
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving issues as they arise in a project environment
- No preclusion to trip’s time, duration and destination
