The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of activities, ensuring that objectives are achieved within the expected timeframe, budget, and quality standards. Collaborate with various company functions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
Preparation of orders
Coordination with production and logistics
Communication with Italian and international clients via phone calls and emails in Italian and English
Inspections management
Claims handling
Defining project objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables
Creating and managing detailed project plans, monitoring progress
Coordinating work teams and facilitating communication among different stakeholders
Ensuring the project is completed in line with corporate objectives and customer expectations

Qualifications

Strong project management experience.
Good spoken and written English proficiency (B2)
Proficiency in Excel and Word (preferably also knowledge of query)
Ability to work in a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred: Technical diploma/high school with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role or a bachelor's degree in aeronautical, mechanical, or energy engineering with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
