As Autel Energy expands rapidly in Europe's EV charging market, we are seeking a proactive and structured Project Manager to support our growing operations in Milan, Italy.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Sales Manager for all post-sales and project execution topicsCoordinate tenders, collect required documentation, and handle internal approvalsCreate offers and manage supporting documents for project fulfilmentServe as the main backoffice contact for sales execution and customer deliveryCoordinate across departments (Technical Support, Product, Logistics, Finance)Track project timelines and ensure operational readiness for delivery and commissioningCollaborate with partners and service providers on local executionSupport customer-facing communication when needed on operational mattersProactively escalate issues and ensure follow-up until resolution

What We're Looking ForHard SkillsTechnical background (engineering, energy systems, electronics, etc.)Experience with EV charging, electrical installations, or infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of project documentation, commercial workflows, and partner coordinationFluent in English; Mandarin and Italian is a plus.

Soft Skills3+ years of experience in technical project management or sales operationsStructured, hands-on working style and proactive communicationHigh reliability, strong ownership, and ability to manage parallel tasksComfortable working across time zones and international culturesWillingness to travel when required
