Project Manager 

Your Opportunity to join a fast growing contruction company with exciting projects underway for 2023!
WOW recruitment has an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join an exciting company who carry out project from $10k to $5M .
About the company
Specialising in remedial works, the company also covers the areas of residential and new development, waterproofing and cladding so your scope of work will be mixed. With offices based in South Strathfield, you will be working both in office and on site, in a flexible workplace where you will be entrusted with managing your own workload and time. The company has 4 current Project Managers and a director, and due to all the exciting projects they have on for 2023 they are looking for additional Project Managers to take the reign. 
About you
You will be a hardworking, motivated Project Manager. You will have 4+ years experience in the construction industry. Your background is in construction or engineering with a university qualification. You will be responsible for developing construction plans, cost controlling, efficient running of a project, evaluating tender specifications and drawings.
You will work with subcontractors and be a problem solver, follow up sub contractors and have strong communication skills with clients. You will be technically minded, mature, and work well under pressure. You will be rewarded as a result with a close knit, fun working environment with a supportive team and opportunities to unwind in the office games room, and able to work from home when it is required. 
You will;
Manage site team/ monitor sub contractors
Liaise with clients on job progress, issues
Co-ordinate internal & external resources associated with the delivery of the project
Deliver and manage program of works
Obtain quotes from suppliers
Organise materials for the jobs and ensure sufficient materials supplied for the duration of the works
Direct and co-ordinate the delivery of strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented project outcomes and provide advise on remedial action
Monitor progress of projects to ensure milestones and performance indicators are met 
Develop project plan and schedule timelines
Prepare progress claims and variations on job
Provide director and support to the team
Follow up on submitted tenders with client
Type quotes for Estimator to cost.
