Manpower is looking for an Aerospace Company for

PROPOSAL MANAGER - COST ENGINEER

MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES:

According to applicable Bid Process and to the Bid Organization role the main tasks and responsibilities are :

In support of the Bid Manager and Capture Leader :

· Support the preparation of internal documentation for Gates approval

· support the preparation/writing of the proposal and associated documentation

· Contributes to the identification of customer selection criteria and hot buttons

· Verify the Compliance status of all proposal elements, ensuring proposal schedule is respected

· Identify the supply chain to set up for the project

· Follow the Proposal template, the list of annexes and documentation – in line with customer request and sales policy

· Support the preparation of Storyboard and Mockups

· Support the proposal schedule is respected

· Support Red team organization and manage feedback and re-working activities

· Support the definition in the offer/contract of the terms and the necessary conditions (including requirements relating to the payment plan (deliverables, cash in/ out, partial payment terms ...)

· Manage cost consolidation techniques

· Support cost engineering effort in terms of design to cost

SKILL

- Engineering or Economic education

- High English writing level,

- Soft Skill : Accountability, Team spirit, Coordination attitude and ability to lead teams
