We are supporting an Italian Company hiring a best-in-classPurchasing Manager, to work in a hybrid mode beingbased in Milanor nearby.

Our client is well-known companyproducing and sellingproducts in theFMCG, with great products' visibility andstrong brands' awareness.

What's the role' scope?


As Purchasing Manageryou will be holding the Purchasing Department, being accountable for Defining, Implementing and Measuring Company' sourcing processes forRaw Materials, Packaging and Indirect Purchases.

What responsibilities will you have?
Define and approvesourcing processes, as well aspurchasing strategies- teaming with Operations division;
Lead negotiationswith both National and International Stakeholders;
Grant the proper supply to the whole Company,so to support all involved functions (Supply Chain, Productions, Sales, etc.);
Manage suppliers' qualifications in order to minimize supply's associated risks;
Deal and Team with both R&D and Marketingso to anticipate any rising need for innovation and sustainability;
Lead and Manage a team of 4.
If you have...
7+ years of experience withinPurchasing departments in FMCG;
seen production environmentsto supply for;
experienced track record ofpurchasing negotiations;
good international exposure and then astrong English.
