We are looking for a Quality Assurance Leader to oversee and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations in our company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining quality assurance procedures and work instructions, ensuring continuous improvement and leading audit and inspections.

For us it is important to enjoy working with others in the organization and, at the same time, to be able to work individually with own responsibilities, that are:

• Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with NF standards and regulations.
• Supports HACCP implementation and review
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards and other relevant certifications (BRC, Gluten Free, MSC, etc..)
• Conduct internal audits
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Collaborate with different department to ensure quality compliance in processes and products
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards and best practices
• Investigate NC and lead RTA initiatives
• Supports incoming material inspections by verifying compliance with NF technical specifications and regulations

This figure reports directly to the Quality Assurance Manager. It is appreciated that our candidate has a continuous improvement approach, good communication with others, problem solving and goal oriented.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Biology or Chemistry
• 3+ years’ experience in quality assurance
• Intermediate or advanced level in HACCP
• Experience in laboratories accredited to ISO 17025
• Experience in using the core functions of Office (MS Excel; Word, Powerpoint)
• Proficient in English;

Desiderable:

• Experience with SAP/PM module (or other computerized maintenance management system);
• Experience delivering training or coaching others;
• Experience in Hygienic Design
• BRC auditor
