Our commitment to quality and innovation ensures that we deliver high-performance thermal management solutions that meet stringent industry and regulatory standards. /ppstrongJob Summary: /strong /ppWe are seeking a strongQuality Engineer /strong to oversee and enhance our quality assurance processes for heat exchanger manufacturing and servicing across the EU market. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with European and international quality standards, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support manufacturing and service operations to meet customer expectations. This role will require strong technical expertise in quality management, regulatory compliance, and supplier quality control. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliDevelop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with strongEU regulations /strong ( PED 2014/68/EU, ISO 9001) and other industry codes and standards such as ASME, TEMA, API, etc. /liliConduct quality inspections and testing of heat exchanger components and assemblies to ensure compliance with industry standards. /liliLead strongroot cause analysis and corrective action (CAPA) /strong efforts to resolve manufacturing and customer quality issues. /liliWork closely with strongengineering, production, and suppliers /strong to improve manufacturing processes and reduce defects. /liliManage supplier quality, conduct audits, and ensure vendors meet material and process standards. /liliOversee strongcertification and compliance requirements /strong for products sold across the EU. /liliAnalyze quality metrics and implement strongcontinuous improvement initiatives /strong to enhance product reliability and performance. /liliSupport stronginternal and external audits /strong to maintain compliance with European regulatory bodies and customer requirements. /liliProvide training to teams on quality procedures, best practices, and compliance requirements. /liliReview sub-vendor documents (ITP, welding book, NDEs procedures) /liliPreparation of final documentation (PED dossier and Data book) /liliTravel across EU to follow inspections as needed /li /ulpstrongQualifications: /strong /pulliBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. /lili3+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality engineering in a manufacturing environment, preferably in strongheat exchangers or thermal systems /strong. /liliStrong understanding of strongEU quality and safety regulations /strong, including the strongPressure Equipment Directive (PED) /strong and CE marking requirements. /liliExperience with strongISO 9001 quality management systems /strong and related auditing processes. /liliProficiency in quality methodologies such as strongSix Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and 8D problem-solving /strong. /liliKnowledge of strongnon-destructive testing (NDT) /strong and material testing methods. /liliKnowledge of rules relating to the qualification of welding (ASME IX and EN 15614) /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. /liliAbility to work in a strongmultinational environment /strong, supporting customers across the EU. /lilistrongFluency in Italian and English /strong is required; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus. /liliKnowledge of welding inspection and NDT techniques specific to heat exchanger manufacturing. /li /ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications: /strong /pullistrongCertification in quality management /strong (CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent). /liliExperience working with stronginternational customers and regulatory agencies /strong. /liliFamiliarity with strongERP/MRP systems /strong for quality tracking and reporting. /liliASNT 9712 Level II Certification for NDT /liliCSWIP Welding Inspector 3.1 /li /ulpstrongWhy Join Us? /strong /pulliBe part of a growing strongEuropean operation /strong with opportunities to shape quality systems from the ground up. /liliWork in a dynamic and innovative environment with a strong focus on strongtechnical excellence /strong and strongcustomer satisfaction /strong. /liliCompetitive salary, benefits, and career development opportunities in an stronginternational business setting /strong. /li /ulpIf you are passionate about quality and process improvement in the heat transfer industry and want to be part of a company serving customers across the EU, we encourage you to apply! /p
