The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the quality control processes for injection molding operations, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standardsLead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve quality issuesDevelop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standardsIdentify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive actionPerform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findingsProvide training and guidance to staff on quality control processes and best practiceQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field5+ years' relevant work experienceFluency in Italian (required), English (preferred)Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, problem solvingProven experience in managing ISO 9001 and ISO 13485Strong communication and interpersonal skills
