You will lead quality assurance initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across departments to embed a culture of quality throughout the organization. /ppIn detail, you will: /pulliDevelop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and process standards. /liliMonitor and analyze quality performance metrics (e.g., FPY, PPM, scrap rate) and lead root cause analysis for deviations. /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, and other quality methodologies. /liliPromote and develop a rigorous approach for requirements and capabilities among the partner functions in the projects (bRD /b, Product Line, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, etc.); collect and coordinate the execution of project quality plans to achieve set targets with all relevant functions /liliCapture and reuse the key Lessons Learned, share best practices with the stakeholders. /liliTranslate project requirements and attribute targets in a structured data-driven validation plan, meeting the overall project timeline and the checkpoint dates, ensuring the required deliverables. /liliProactively attend to bPFMEA /b sessions to ensure the deployment of the projects in the manufacturing environment, to support the definition of the brelated Process Control Plan. /b /liliLead internal audits and manage corrective/preventive actions. /liliCollaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure quality is built into every stage of the process. /liliTrain and mentor teams on quality tools, standards, and best practices. /li /ulpbWho you are: /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). /lili5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment. /liliStrong knowledge of quality systems, tools, and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, 8D, APQP, PPAP). /liliCertified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred. /liliExperience with ERP and quality management systems (e.g., SAP, QMS). /liliExcellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. /liliFluent in English /li /ulpbWhere you’ll be: /b /ppYou will be based in Electrolux main Food Preservation global site, in Susegana (TV), only 1 hour distance from Venice, where we are undergoing multimillion industry 4.0 investment.
