Created by a number of entreprenors in 2005, the group was born from a common development ambition across the major European regions and is now located in 42 locations spread over 7 countries (France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands and Spain).As a multi-specialist, we are active in 8 main business sectors (Automotive, Aeronautics, Rail, Heavy Industry, Energy, IT/Telecom, Lifesciences, Banking/Finance) and bring our expertise to all our clients on their innovation projects RD and operational performance.Our consultants from engineering, IT Lifesciences, who create ingenious solutions, bring and develop their skills and know-how daily on projects that are as diverse as they are enriching!Mission:As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in IT, Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant) and Energy, we are looking for a RAM Engineer - Aerospace sector to integrate our team of consultants and bring your expertise on all our projects.What is the challenge?Technical skills:Reliability Analysis: develop reliability models for systems and subsystems, applying methodologies such as FMEA/FMECA and FTA to identify critical issues and optimize design;Availability and Maintainability Analysis: performing availability and maintainability analysis to ensure that customer requirements are met;Safety Analysis: estimate all the risks present and evaluate them in order to make them acceptable;Technical Documentation Support: draft and update technical documentation, maintenance manuals, and reliability reports to ensure traceability and compliance with RAM requirements;Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and maintenance teams to provide technical support and ensure consistency of RAM solutions throughout the product life cycle;Field Data Analysis: analyze field systems performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance;RAM Requirements Management: work closely with the requirements management team to ensure that all RAM specifications are integrated into the product development cycle;Customer and Stakeholder Support: provide technical support to customers and stakeholders by participating in technical reviews and project meetings.Academic background:Bachelor/Master Degree in Aerospace/Electronic/Electric/Mechanical EngineeringSoft skills:Italian (Native)English (B2)Other information:Workplace: Pistoria, Tuscany, ItalyWorking hours: 2 smart working days per weekRAL: 30k-40k€This announcement is addressed to both sexes, in accordance with Laws 903/77 and 125/91, and to people of all ages and nationalities, in accordance with Legislative Decrees 215/03 and 216/03
