The RD Substrate Specialist will join a team in charge of the development of substrates.Main ActivitiesTechnical referent for customer engineering dept. during RFQ and launch but also during pre-feasibility study giving support to customer dept.Technical referent for supplier engineering dept. during RFQ and launch but also during pre-feasibility study giving support to supplier to guarantee customer targets.Helping to manage the substrate supply chain and to define sourcing costs.Supporting Project Managers for all issues concerning substrates.Working in Cost Reduction team all project life period to optimize supply chain costs.Experience and EducationTechnical Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Interior Design preferably.Proven experience of at least 5 years’ experience in Tier 1 technical office supplier.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Excellent knowledge of Catia, Solid Works, Autocad.Excellent English (written and spoken).Technical and Soft SkillsSelf-motivated and self-directional.Interior design savvy.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written.Organizational problem-solving skills.Excellent customer relations skills.Team player.Ability to manage time and prioritize work.Oriented and proactive approach to achieving the goals.Ability to work independently and under pressure.Possess entrepreneurial spirit with the highest level of integrity.Work Location: Tolentino (MC) #J-18808-Ljbffr
