We are looking for a resource who, reporting to the R&D Manager, will be responsible for:

Design and synthesize new products in the area of Oleochemistry;

Learn and use analytical and applicative methodologies to characterize oleo materials;

Investigate and understand the relationships between structure and behavior of derivatives and correlate them with the application performance;

Support the Applied R&D Laboratories in the use of Oleo derivatives in their formulations;

By knowing the parameters of the Oleo derivatives production process, help optimizing each step to achieve the desired results;

Take care of the development of the formulas / processes through synthesis on pilot scale facilities;

Search for alternative solutions in the choice of raw materials;

Ensure the reporting of the experiments carried out and the recording and internal sharing of the know-how.

Education and other requirements :

Degree in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry with an interest in technology and processes;

Short experience in R&D or Application Laboratory;

Knowledge of updated instrumental analytical techniques;

Fluency in English;

Knowledge of the main application software and IT tools;

Proactive behavior and team work spirit;

Problem solving and curiosity skills;

Creative and target oriented;

Willingness to travel;

Accuracy, autonomy and reliability complete the profile.
