This position reports to:

Technology Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee new product introduction (NPI) projects within the product line pressure in PAMA division in Italy, providing clear guidelines, tasks and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback.

You will maintain and enhance Product Manager and Product Line manager satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the development of project planning documents
Monitoring projects to ensure best practices in cost control and resource efficiency
Analyzing and addressing project risks, and regularly disseminating lessons learned
Working with other functions to coordinate New Product Introduction
Achieving project deliverables and compliance with requirements
Building strong relationships with stakeholders
Managing review meetings and reporting with Top Manager
Helping Product Manager to define requirements
Preparing, organizing and managing gate meetings with stakeholders

Qualifications For The Role
You are highly skilled in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors
You have at least 1 year of experience in project management or product design.
Possess an enhanced knowledge of project management tools.
You are passionate about collaboration and solution-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
Degree in Engineering
You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.
