Job Profile: Facility and Real Estate Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Facility and Real Estate Specialist to join our team in Italy.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, supervising, and updating plans for the maintenance of buildings.
• They will define the necessary facilities services to ensure optimal workplace management across various locations.
• Gathering and analyzing spatial requirements of departments and end user needs will also be part of the job.
• The selected candidate will identify, select, and manage suppliers of goods and services with moderate responsibility.
• Assistance in the development of renovation, reassessment, or optimization projects aligning with business needs is also required.
• Supervision of construction sites and companies tasked with work on development projects will also be part of the role.
