Who is the talent we need

We are looking for a passionate Reception & People Services, reporting to the People & Culture Manager

Dolo (VE)

How you will make the difference

This role will learn how to organize and manage reception services and support other Teams

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk activities in welcoming internal and external customers and business partners
• Manage phone calls and check emails
• Organize travel and business trip bookings
• Activate partnerships with hotels and services
• Make purchase orders for facilities on SAP
• Organize and archive documents
• Support company cars management
• Support people services as company restaurant, events organization and other HR services activities
• Provide general support to other teams in case of need

We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor degree or other qualification
• Excellent knowledge English language (it will be tested during the process)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, and Excel in particular)
• Time management, precision, flexibility, strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
