Recruitment Consultant – Accountancy & Finance | Antal International

Location 1: Milano – Piazzale Cadorna 4

Location 2: Bologna – Via Degli Artieri 2

Antal International is a global executive recruitment organisation operating in more than 35 countries. We are expanding our Accountancy practice in Italy and are seeking experienced or high‑potential Recruitment Consultants to grow this specialist area from our offices in Milan and Bologna.

You will work with CFOs, Finance Directors and high‑calibre accounting professionals across commerce, industry, professional services and advisory firms, building long‑term strategic relationships with both clients and candidates.

Your role will include:

• Winning and managing client accounts within the Accountancy market
• Recruiting qualified accountants and finance professionals at mid‑to‑senior level
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to offer negotiation
• Developing and positioning your own specialist market and network within the finance ecosystem in Milan and Bologna
