You’ll support quality, safety, and training initiatives, support operational excellence through data analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices. /ph3About the Role /h3ulliBuild, develop, and continuously optimize strong and trusted partnerships with local operators /liliTrain, support, and coach drivers in accordance with international quality standards /liliAdapt, maintain, and continuously improve service and quality standards to meet the specific needs of the Italian market /liliEnsure a smooth, accurate, and efficient launch of new routes /liliMonitor, manage, and improve customer NPS related to local bus partners /liliTrack operational performance and proactively identify and resolve quality issues /liliServe as the primary point of reference for quality and performance matters with local partners /li /ulh3About You /h3ulliAt least 1 year of relevant work experience /liliExcellent command of Italian and good proficiency in English /liliStrong communication and negotiation skills /liliProven ability to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders (business partners, bus drivers, station managers, and regional authorities) /liliSolid analytical skills and data-driven mindset /liliFlexibility combined with a hands-on, proactive approach /li /ulpWe recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
