Adecco is currently recruiting for a prestigious hospitality establishment near Alba - CN, seeking a professional to fill the role of:PROPERTY MANAGER The role will involve managing both back-office and front-office activities of the establishment, ensuring a high level of service for guests. A proactive approach, customer-oriented attitude, and flexibility to handle various tasks are required.Required skills and qualifications:- Master's degree in economics/tourism/languages- Excellent communication skills: ability to interact impeccably and professionally with guests from different cultures, ensuring a superior stay experience- Proactivity and service orientation: proactive approach in anticipating customer needs and organizing services and activities to enhance their stay- Teamwork attitude: ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external suppliers- Problem-solving skills: excellent decision-making and resolution skills for any issues that may arise during the stay- Excellent knowledge of English: proficiency in written and spoken English at a C1 level. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus- Local knowledge: familiarity with the local area, culture, and wine and gastronomy production is preferredThe position will report directly to the Hospitality Manager.
