In a global team of 4,800 committed colleagues, characterized by the unique cohesion of our family-run group of companies, Reinhausen - where Power meets Passion.What challenges can you expect?Development of global sales strategy for allocated portfolio of de-energized tap-changers in collaboration with product management and sales teams.Implementation of the sales strategy together with global sales to realize the planned volume ramp-up – from making customers aware of the portfolio to their repeated regular buying.Active market development and local awareness of the product (portfolio) - together with HoS/ASM (Sales Teams) - to generate market acceptance (sales pitch, 'local' events presentations, pilot projects).Coordination of projects with the customer, e.g. pilot projects and/or instruction for agents.Realization of specifications work with the sales teams. Technical and general commercial support as well as qualification of sales colleagues on assigned products, including collaboration on marketing material for the creation of locally required documentation (together with product management).Reflecting market feedback back to product management and participation in Practice Groups to integrate market feedback to the BU.Negotiation of and participation in the closing of framework agreements in close coordination with HoS/ASM (Sales Teams).Visits to customers on own initiative (if necessary) to achieve the set goals (informs the ASM about any actions).Definition of target customers and planning of customer visits.Design of customer events.What do we expect from you?Degree in electrical engineering and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Sales and/or services in the energy market.Technical expertise in the assigned product/portfolio.Ability to handle opposition well (internal and external).Strong customer commitment, developing customer solutions, earning and keeping customer trust.Strong interpersonal skills, insisting on the highest working standards, developing strong and convincing customer value propositions.Fluency in English, both oral and written, with the ability to create concise presentations and write narratives and memos.Willingness to travel and flexibility to commit fully to client success.Strong intrinsic motivation and self-management skills.Sales-oriented, entrepreneurial attitude, with strong communication and negotiation skills.Creativity, fast learning and analyzing skills, as well as discipline, responsibility, and good organization.This is what we offer.
