This is a remote position based in the US, with flexible work options to ensure work/life balance. The ideal candidate is a driven and detail-oriented attorney passionate about pursuing justice in complex legal matters. While you will spend the majority of your time supporting the litigation team through strategic research and discovery efforts, you should possess the skills and confidence to contribute substantively to litigation strategies and the strength of claims. Our client is looking for a collaborative team player who thrives on taking ownership of their work while also valuing the mentorship and guidance provided by senior colleagues. With a focus on plaintiffs' securities litigation, this position offers the opportunity to play a significant role in high-stakes legal matters. REMOTE Associate Attorney Responsibilities •    Draft precise complaints, briefs, and motions for diverse courts•    Leading discovery efforts•    Manage document review and analysis•    Conduct thorough legal research on securities fraud•    Assist in crafting and executing litigation strategies•    Collaborate with senior team members, providing updates and insights•    Participate in case management activities, including client meetings and court appearances•    Refine legal writing skills and stay updated on securities law developments REMOTE Associate Attorney Qualifications •    A US-issued Bar License with eligibility to practice law in good standing required•    4+ years of plaintiff’s side securities fraud or class action litigation experience required •    Well-versed in drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery required •    Exceptional communication, writing, and research skills required  #J-18808-Ljbffr
