We're looking for an R&D Project Leader to guide project teams, manage deliverables, and communicate progress. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining project plans, coordinating documentation, and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Ideal candidates have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years of project management or product lifecycle experience in medical devices
• Familiarity with hardware, software, and system engineering
• Knowledge of medical device regulations and standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken, written/read)
