pArmi Perazzi S.p.A., a prestigious manufacturer of luxury shotguns and a proud member of the Czechoslovak Group, is seeking an RD Manager to lead and strengthen its Technical Office. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach, blending deep technical expertise with strategic vision to drive product innovation while providing continuous support to production processes. /ppCurrently, the technical office primarily provides support to production processes and is not actively engaged in new product development. The RD Manager will be responsible for transforming this team, strengthening its capabilities, and driving the development of new models to expand and enhance Perazzi's product range. /ppAdditionally, there is the potential for this role to oversee the creation and management of a Quality Department, which is currently absent in the organization. /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliLead the technical office team (currently 3 members), developing their skills to support both production and product innovation. /liliDesign and develop new product models that enrich and diversify Perazzi's current range, ensuring alignment with the company’s high-quality standards. /liliCollaborate closely with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes and improve technical support. /liliEstablish structured design methodologies and implement efficient product development processes. /liliSupport the implementation of the new ERP system, particularly in aspects related to technical data and design integration. /liliWork closely with the parent company (CSG) to ensure alignment on product innovation strategies and report progress in English. /liliDevelop and implement a Quality Department if required, defining procedures, inspection criteria, and quality assurance processes. /liliEnsure compliance with relevant standards and regulations in the firearms industry. /li /ulpRequirements /pulliDegree in mechanical engineering, industrial design, or related technical fields. /liliMinimum 5–7 years’ experience in RD roles within the ammunition/firearms industry is required; direct experience with shotguns is a strong advantage /liliProven experience in designing new products and enhancing existing ones. /liliStrong technical skills with CAD software and other design tools. /liliExperience in supporting production teams by providing technical solutions and resolving design-related issues. /liliExperience in establishing or managing a Quality Department would be considered a plus. /liliStrong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members. /liliStrong English skills (written and spoken) to manage communication with the parent company. /liliProactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a goal-oriented attitude. /li /ulpWhat We Offer /pulliThe opportunity to lead innovation in a historic and prestigious company. /liliA key role in shaping the future product strategy for a renowned luxury brand. /liliA dynamic and collaborative work environment with strong international exposure. /li /ul
