Per storica azienda specializzata nel settore aerospace, al fine di un’espansione della struttura e con l’obiettivo di inserire una figura dedicata, Manpower Professional è alla ricerca di un/a RESPONSABILE SISTEMA GESTIONE QUALITA’ (RSGQ). Responsabilit : Responsible for overall management of quality system. Manages quality staff and provide support to manufacturing operations. Ensures maintenance, updating &, compliance to specific requirements necessary to support the business model (e.g. EN AS 9100, Customer-specific requirements, etc.) Manages the Quality Manual Acts as a primary focal point to ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirement in liaison with the external consultant Acts as primary point of reference for Customers and Certification audits. Leads risk assessment at company and process level Own the collection of the functional KPI's from the process owners on monthly basis Ensures full alignment with Customer's quality requirements and criticalities Reporting COPQ and DQ. (Cost of Poor Quality and Delivered Quality) Establish and maintain a Quality Assurance Standard and Program that monitors, identifies, records and recommends possible solutions of any non-conformities and/or inconsistencies relating to the manufacturing process, final product, and quality system. Confers with Engineering and Manufacturing personnel to assist with resolution of any internal or external quality concerns (including: scrap, suspect material, non-conforming material requiring deviation, etc.) Support in delivering NPI (new Product introduction) fulfilling customer demands. Works closely with the Managing Director, Production Lead Manager, Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Chain personnel to maintain information on customer demand and needs. Provides Customer requested documentation including but not limited to Quality Improvement Plans and complete customer questionnaires. Strong attitude to lead Root Cause and Corrective Actions (8D) Leads overall Company quality improvement initiatives Trains and develops personnel to strengthening the culture of Continuous Improvement (C.I.) within the organization Responsible for implementation of necessary resource &, identifying training needs within the plant Leads Management Review process to identify improvements and monitor progress of C.I. activities Il profilo: Il/la candidato/a ideale ha maturato un'esperienza pluriennale nel ruolo di almeno 5-10 anni e possiede le seguenti competenze: - laurea in ingegneria, preferibilmente in ambito meccanico, gestionale o aerospace, - pregressa esperienza in ruolo analoghi, - gradita conoscenza normativa EN 9100:2018, -ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, -buona conoscenza delle norme sugli audit e tecniche di auditing Il contratto: Contratto e package retributivo saranno commisurati sulla base dell'esperienza del candidato (Ccnl metalmeccanico industria).
