Job Summary : The person will report to the hotel's F&B Manager, and will be responsible for managing one of the hotel's restaurants. The main objective of the hotel management is to select a person capable of proposing innovation both in the food and wine proposal and in the type of service offered to their guests.
Your functions will be:
Updating and training of its collaborators with a view to development and growth towards new trends in guest management;
Monitoring and control of the local economic result;
Maintain a constant and continuous connection with the other departments of the hotel to guarantee the excellence of the service;
Comply with safe working practices, health and safety policy and ensure any issues are reported promptly;
Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience in luxury hotels and/or restaurants, possibly at an international level;
Outstanding leadership and employee management skills;
Ability to listen and strong orientation towards the development of resources;
Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of another foreign language is considered a plus;
