Swim in our clifftop infinity pool, stroll in magnificent Italian gardens, soak in the history, savour Michelin-starred dining and escape into a Four Seasons world of timeless beauty.About the role:Reporting into the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for the supervision of the restaurant operations and its team, always ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail. Responsibilities will include working closely with the Food and Beverage leadership team to ensure the finest dining and beverage experience is provided to Guests, while supporting the Restaurant Manager with scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, inventory control and cost control measures, observing and making recommendations for improvements where required, being highly visible in the operation, providing recognition, promoting positive public relations and taking care of special requests with dedication, providing an attentive and distinctive experience to our Guests.What you will do:Supervise, coach and support the Restaurant team to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.Assist with the service of beverages to Guests.
