Goal Management: Breakdown of category targets, with weekly, monthly, and quarterly follow-ups to ensure achievement. /pp3.Product Management: Responsible for product lifecycle management, including planning for introduction, growth, maturity, and discontinuation phases. /pp4.Sales Management: Continuously empowering the sales of products, adjusting strategies based on market conditions and company policies to achieve annual sales targets. /pp5.Market Insights: (Industry + Competitors) Developing retail strategies for products, monitoring sales performance throughout the lifecycle, and summarizing patterns and approaches. /ppbr/ppstrongRequirements /strong /pp1. Strong learning ability, with good communication skills and project management skills; /pp2. GTM, retail or sales, with at least 5 years of work experience preferred; /pp3. Experience in the mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry is preferred, /pp4. Bachelor's degree or above, English can be used as the working language. /p
