About us:Founded on the dream and insight of three sports journalists in 1945, Sisal was the first Italian company to operate in the gaming and betting industry as a government licensee.As of August 4, 2022, Sisal is part of Flutter Entertainment plc, the world's largest online sports betting and iGaming operator, with a portfolio of globally recognized brands and listed on the London and New York stock exchanges.The company’s commitment to building a more responsible future rests on a sustainability strategy with long-term objectives to affirm Sisal as a leader in Responsible Gaming, an innovative and sustainable company and an exemplary work environment.What you’ll do:Your main focus will be the people management of retail stores employees;You will consult and be aligned with line management, providing guidance and suggestions about hr matters;You will collect the different requests coming from area managers, store coordinators and the retail stores general business;You will supervise the impacts on people when corporate reorganizations, merger or possibile dismantling occur;You will thoroughly use our HR information system including hiring, terminations and onboarding processes;You will be required to monitor and control the staff number and positions. You will also make analysis and provide solutions for budgeting and forecastingWho you are:You have a master degree in human resources, law, economics or business administration;If you have a second level specializing master in Human Resources is a strenght;You have experience in large-scale retail trade or very structured companies;You have proven and deep knowledge and hard skills about the technical features belonging to the people management field;You master the national collective bargaining employment contract and its applications;You also master Microsoft Office with a special focus on Excel and PowerPoint;You have a strong attitude towards people, creating relationships;You are a confident speaker;You are very proactive and self-organized;You are proficient in english and italian both written and spoken.Prefererably, you also have:Previous knowledge of HR ATS platforms.
