Responsibilities:

  • Retail Project Management Support:

Assist in monitoring the progress of retail projects, coordinate with internal teams to ensure resources are in place, and help maintain project documentation to support smooth execution.

  • CRM System and Process Support:

Support day-to-day CRM system operations, including budget occupation updates and data entry. Help organize and maintain documentation related to expense projects, such as PO contract filing and tracking the expense settlement process.

  • Budget Execution Review Support:

Contribute to the collection and initial analysis of budget usage data. Assist in preparing summary reports by client, expense type, and other dimensions to help identify discrepancies and support continuous improvement efforts.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree;
  • Previous experience in CRM systems or financial analysis, is a plus (please highlight in your resume if applicable);
  • Able to work at least 3 days per week, with a minimum availability of 6 months preferred;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with basic skills in data organization and analysis;
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player with good communication skills.
