p1. Responsible for the operation of Retail Management for POSM design/ Production/ Retail Deployment. /pp2. SO monitoring ensure retailer SO Target achievement /pp3. Retail Penetration Analysis - Analysis market insight to ensure the retail coverage manage to penetrate the market /pp4. Retail Co-Marketing Campaign - Responsible on Roadshow activity, setup, calculation on ROI, retail seasonal campaign implementation and achieve SO /pp5. Feild Force management - Responsible on Hiring / Execution / KPI Setting and agency management. /pp1. Italian is a must. English is preffered. /pp2.Those who have been engaged in the complete operation of Retail Management for 3 years or more, and relevant operation experience in the consumer electronic product industry are preferred; /pp3. Good in data analysis and ROI calculation to ensure every campaign fully utilize the budget /pp4. Independant to take responsibility to manage suppliers and negotiation with retailers. /pp5. Have certain logical thinking, management and coordination ability, operation execution ability, learning ability and stress resistance; /p
