Such talent will report to a Retail Training Manager and collaborate with a team of other Retail Trainers in the Country Italy. /ppbr/ppAs a Retail Trainer, you will develop our Beauty Advisors skills, supporting them in delivering the best customer experience and in celebrating everyone’s beauty and uniqueness. /ppIn this role, you will: /ppbr/pulliDeliver on-the-job training and organize sessions – in store and online – on products, selling techniques and application techniques. /liliCascade guidelines and training contents developed by the Global Retail Training team, tailoring them to the needs of the local market. /liliTrack training effectiveness, collecting feedback and proposing continuous improvement actions aimed at enhancing store performance. /liliPartner with Area Managers and Store Managers to support team performance and ensure alignment with business objectives. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat you will need to succeed /strong /ppbr/pulliAt least 3 years of experience in training, coaching or store management roles within the retail industry (beauty, fashion or premium retail). /liliMake-Up Artist certification or equivalent professional experience. /liliStrong communication, public speaking and classroom management skills. /liliGenuine passion for the beauty world and for people development. /liliConfidence in using digital tools and e-learning platforms. /liliWillingness to travel frequently across the territory. /liliGood knowledge of English (B2 level or above). /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWe would love if you had /strong /ppbr/pulliA leader mindset and strong results orientation. /liliActive listening, empathy and emotional intelligence. /liliOpenness to continuous feedback. /liliStrong team player with a collaborative working style. /li /ulpbr/ppIf you recognize yourself in this profile and want to grow in a dynamic, international environment, we would be happy to receive your application! /ppbr/ppKIKO MILANO promuove le Pari Opportunità e dedica particolare attenzione all’inclusione delle persone con disabilità.
