As part of our team, you can look forward to interesting work in an expanding company, where you can bring in your own ideas and make a difference.We are looking for a brilliant student/newly graduated to join our Group RD – Robotics Department for a six months internship in our HQ located in Castelfranco Veneto!The intern will work closely with the Group RD – Robotics Department, contributing to initiatives that focus on the development, production, and delivery of innovative project solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a challenging and fast-paced environment, while supporting the creation and implementation of cutting-edge technologies. The intern will have the chance to learn, grow, and make meaningful contributions to pioneering advancements in robotics.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the project management team in planning, scheduling, and tracking progress of robotics projects.Assist in ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.Analyze project performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders.Facilitate communication between engineering, design, production, and marketing teams.Assist in identifying inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions for improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.Skills qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor/Master’s degree in Management Engineer or equivalentKNOWLEDGE:Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially MS Excel) is recommendedPrevious knowledge in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent)Basic understanding of robotics or manufacturing processes is a plusLANGUAGES:Knowledge of Italian and English is mandatoryMINDSET AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:Proactive, detail-oriented, and goal orientedGood attitude to innovationGood interpersonal relation skills and capability to work in a multinational environmentEagerness to grow and learnPassionate about robotics and technological innovationReimbursement: €700 per month + free access to the company canteenCurious about our values?
