The company is growing steadily, differentiating itself by its ability to find highly innovative solutions and offer excellence to its customers. /ppWhile our headquarters and RD are based in France and production plants in France and Hungary, we distribute our products at worldwide level (Italy, Germany, Spain, USA, South Africa, Brazil and Mexico) with a strong presence in the automotive industry, serving major global players. /ppWe are also diversiying our activities in the railway industry and in the agriculture machines. /ppIn order to support the growth of Senstronic Italy., our Italian subsidiary, we are seeking one Sales Administrative Assistant in Turin. /ppYour missions: /ppReporting to the manager of the Sales Administrative team, your main responsibilities are: /pulliSupporting sales prospecting and existing sales projects /liliManaging orders and commercial agreements on a daily basis /liliEnsuring a high level of quality and rapidity of information communicated /li /ulpWorking with all the company's departments, you will be responsible for the Italian market (automakers, parts manufacturers, line integrators). /ppIn order to meet these objectives, your missions will focus on two main areas: /pp*Sales assistance /pp-Assisting the technical sales engineer in managing sales projects, and communicating with customers /pp -Drafting responses to specifications, exchanging documents /pp -Follow-up of contracts, schedules and contractual obligations, exchanges with Development and Methods Department staff, follow-up of internal schedules, follow-up of production start-ups and compliance with delivery deadlines, management of logistics. /pp -Preparing and drawing up quotations /pp-Monitor the sales activities of the technical sales engineer on a market /pp -Customer identification /pp -Telephone prospecting /pp -Make appointments /pp -Production of dashboards, follow-up of ongoing sales actions /pp*Sales administration /pp -Enter orders /pp -Monitor compliance with delivery deadlines /pp -Draw up and send order acknowledgements /pp -Manage customer shipments, relations with customs forwarding agents, communicate information required for customs clearance and transport insurance. /ppYour profile: /ppYou have a first work experience on a similar position. /ppYou have a good command of the Office pack and have already worked on an ERP system. /ppGiven the international dimension of our group and of the position, you have an advanced or bilingual level (C1-C2) in Italian and an intermediate level in English (B2). /ppAre you driven by a taste for sales performance and teamwork? /ppAre you recognized as dynamic, responsive and rigorous? /ppIs your customer your number 1 priority, and would you like to join a fast-growing company? /ppThen don't hesitate to apply! /p
