As a Pre-Sales Consultant you will be responsible to support sales teams on leading technical presentations, trainings and demos to retail customers and local teams. You will manage customer requirements, lead workshops, analyze business requirements and drive functional and technical solutions with customers to gather and translate their requirements into value base solution proposals You will support direct sales and business partners, in order to grow the solutions selling revenue. How you will do it * Support sales team by taking a consultative role in supporting customers evaluation processes, including making ROI, solution and architectural recommendations - RFID and Inventory will be a key area * Support sales activity, sales proposal and customer meetings * Collect feedback from customers and sales, in order to discuss with Solutions Management * Provide technical specifications and requirements documentation as necessary to support the proposed solution. * Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs. * Provide continuous training to educate and accelerate Sales and other supporting teams. What we look for * At least 5 years of experience as a Consultant, Technical sales or pre-sales software lead for Retail * Experience on SaaS licensing and deployment estimations * ROI / Value based selling expertise * Strong business analysis skills and experience, including development of business vision and strategies, functional decomposition, requirements capture, process modeling * Strong knowledge of design and architectural patterns * Ability to clarify complicated technical concerns to non-technical individuals * IT & OT governance, operation and system management knowledge * Passionate for Digital solutions and eager to join the Smart Buildings fast growing vertical market * Multilingual skills: Fluent level of English is required Our benefits Imagine a career that perpetually stretches your capabilities.
