The CompanyComo 1907 Football Club, owned by SENT Entertainment, is now competing in Serie A and is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Team to drive B2B and B2C engagement, cultivate client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.The RoleAs SDR, you will play a crucial role in maximizing tickets, membership programs experiences and revenue for the Club.This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Como 1907, an organization with a rich football history and a commitment to excellence. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Ticket Sales Services and the Membership Program Manager and will be instrumental in supporting the rollout of exclusive programs, developing strategic memberships and expanding the club engagement.ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound sales calls to identify and promote ticket experiences packages,Consistently achieve or surpass key performance indicators, including metrics related to calls, talk time, referrals, and meetings.Identify and actively pursue new opportunities for group sales, collaborating closely with team members to enhance existing programs.Meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals by implementing effective sales strategies and approaches.Execute targeted sales strategies to increase ticket sales through direct contact via email and telephone.Utilize the CRM platform to meticulously input prospect and customer information, ensuring efficient reporting and streamlined pipeline management.Develop and manage various sales channels, including B2B and B2C, to maximize opportunities and revenue.Collaborate with the marketing and membership teams to align sales initiatives with overall club objectives.Actively participate in sales, promotional, and team events to cultivate new prospects and generate referral opportunities.Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.Maintain a competitive and optimistic team-first attitude at all times.QualificationsPrevious experience in SDR roles, preferably in the sports industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Results-driven with a competitive and self-motivated mindset.Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales analytics.Proficiency in Italian and English.What we offerCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package such as meal vouchers, smart working and flexible working hoursOpportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and inclusive work environment.The contract level and salary will be aligned with the candidate's experience.SENT Entertainment and Como 1907 FC are equal opportunity employers.
