As a Sales Force Automation (SFA) Apps Tester you will ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of our SFA applications.Responsibilities:Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SFA applicationsConduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing of the SFA appIdentify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools like JiraCollaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure end-to-end quality assuranceValidate API integrations with third-party systemsEnsure compliance with industry standards and best practices for user experienceProvide feedback on UI/UX improvements for a seamless user experienceGenerate test reports and documentation for tracking application quality over timeRequirements:At least 2 years of experience in software testing, preferably in CRM or Sales Force Automation applicationsExperience with testing mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web applicationsFamiliarity with SQL for database validation and API testing tools like PostmanUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsWe offer:Cooperation with a highly qualified and engaged teamInvolvement in international IT projects within the Würth GroupFlexible working hours as well as home-office-option (up to 3 days home office per week)Attractive fringe benefits and appealing salary modelWide range of training and development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
