To make a difference, you will have everything you need to grow with us: a management prepared for the future challenges of the company, special training courses, a dynamic team and the most modern technologies available on the market.We are looking for a Sales Manager to be included within the Business Innovation Division for our Packaging business.Purpose of the role is to develop business with the objective to be the market leader in the packaging segment by ensuring various activities: Plan and develop new opportunities for Fujifilm digital printing equipment, water-wash flexographic plates, flexographic inks and other associated consumables Manage and develop existing accounts and build solution value growth within them (consumables and equipment), ensuring sales targets and key KPI’s are metSupport Dealer/Partner relationships building new business, product and equipment opportunitiesWork closely with ASM’s and BDM’s developing consumables and equipment opportunitiesProduce and work to a business plan, ensuring profitable business is developedEnsure that all deals meet margin targets and are presented correctlyBuild key accounts and new business on your territory, ensuring sales targets are met or surpassedVisit/contact your new business target accounts regularlySupport credit and finance requirements by liaising with credit team to build commercial deals with existing and new accountsProduce a strategy plan to be agreed by Sales ManagementKeep abreast of new products and developments both with company and competitors’ productsReport Monthly highlighting all progress on opportunities within your defined territoryEnsure all discounts are correct regarding accounts in your area where a Group or Dealer is involvedEnsure that all CRM data is up to date – Assets/Products/Volumes/Values/Opportunity Stages and SF TasksThe effective planning and organisation of customer calls/visitsKey Competencies:Established relationships with businesses within the packaging sectorStrong technical knowledge of the Packaging and Label printing industries, including customer drivers and competitor offeringsKnowledge of flexographic plate and digital printing products withing the labels packaging sectorA proven track record of digital equipment consumable sales within the labels packaging sectorDriven to achieve targets and to follow up all sales opportunities, with a proven sales track record within the Packaging and Label printing industriesAbility to identify large business opportunities and to be able to close them effectivelyAbility to develop and execute major account strategiesAbility to develop business contacts and relationships at all levels of an organisationA self-motivated, customer focused individual with strong negotiation and selling skillsGood commercial acumen coupled with creative negotiation and closing skillsPositive mind set with a ‘can do’ attitude and the desire to learn new products/proceduresA collaborative team player who supports their colleagues and managersExcellent administration, planning and organisational skillsA dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated professional with excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skillsA consistent performer with good attention to detailTenacity and determination plus the ability to work under pressure without line supervisionAbility to identify any areas of shortcomings (within procedures) and report backContract type: full time, permanent Location: Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI)We ask you to include in your CV the authorization to process your personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 "Code regarding the protection of personal data" and art. 13 of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
