Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Officer role located in Massa Lombarda, Emilia Romagna. The Sales Officer will be responsible for customer service, lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales on a daily basis. He/she has to manage also our sales agents.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Communication, and Sales Operations skills
• Lead Generation and Channel Sales skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in sales or customer service roles
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Fluent in Italian and English language
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
