Position Summary
What is your role?
We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Specialist to join our team and drive the efficient utilization of SAP ECC 6 within our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Finance processes and extensive experience in implementing and optimizing SAP FI and CO modules.
Essential Responsibilities
Your day in the life of SAP FI CO Specialist in ITT
Implement and support SAP FICO modules in both SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP 4.6 environments.
Conduct requirement gathering, blueprinting, and process design activities.
Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.
Provide end-user support and training for SAP FICO functionalities.
Perform system testing and integration testing for SAP FICO configurations and custom developments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO processes and systems.
Develop and maintain documentation for SAP FICO configurations, processes, and enhancements.
Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of SAP FICO projects.
Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends, best practices, and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
Position Requirements
What will make you our perfect match?
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP FICO modules in SAP ECC 6.0.
Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and internal orders.
Proven experience in SAP FICO configuration, customization, and support.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Polish or another European language is a plus.
SAP certification in FICO is preferred but not mandatory.
Nice to have
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
Knowledge of integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
Experience with SAP FICO data migration and interface development.
Understanding of SAP FICO reporting tools and techniques.
Project management experience or certification PMP is an advantage.
