pFor our client, important Academy in Rome, we are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting and Reporting Expert to join the finance team in Italy. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise. /ppbr/ppThis role requires fluency in English, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to operate in a multinational environment. /ppbr/ppMain Responsibilities: /pulliManage and oversee general accounting operations, including journal entries, and month-end/year-end closings. /liliAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, providing insights to management. /liliEnsure compliance with local GAAP/IFRS standards and internal financial policies. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Procurement, Project Managers) to ensure accurate allocation of costs. /liliParticipate in the preparation of management reports and support internal and external audits. /liliIdentify process improvements and contribute to financial control enhancements. /li /ulpbr/ppRequirements: /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. /liliMinimum 6/7 years of experience in structured corporate environments. /liliSolid experience in project accounting, or cost tracking by project. /liliFluency in English (both written and spoken). /liliStrong knowledge of Italian accounting regulations and international standards (IFRS). /liliProficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, Sage is a plus /li /ulpbr/ppLocation: Rome /ppRIF: 55925 /ppbr/ppIntermedia Selection, società leader in Italia nella ricerca e selezione di professional e middle management, è presente in Italia con più di 35 consulenti tra gli uffici di Milano e Roma. /ppAutorizzazione del ministero del lavoro n° 20323/RS /p
