Reporting directly to the store manager, you will join the Serravalle team as a Senior Client Advisor/Supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
- Achieve established sales targets
- Directly assisting clients following the Canali customer experience standards
Clienteling and Customer Service
- Guarantee high-level customer service
- Guarantee impeccable management of the customer database and data quality
- Coordinate customer loyalty and contact activities
Operations
- Supervise inventory control and management
- Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment and materials
- Ensure the store is always impeccable and reflects the brand image
- Ensure compliance with procedures
EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years in a similar position
- Previous experience in Serravalle Outlet
- Customer-centric mindset, teamwork and digital skills
- Attention to detail and organization abilities
- Good knowledge of English (every other additional foreign language is a plus)
- Knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory
