Reporting directly to the store manager, you will join the Serravalle team as a Senior Client Advisor/Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales

  • Achieve established sales targets
  • Directly assisting clients following the Canali customer experience standards

Clienteling and Customer Service

  • Guarantee high-level customer service
  • Guarantee impeccable management of the customer database and data quality
  • Coordinate customer loyalty and contact activities

Operations

  • Supervise inventory control and management
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment and materials
  • Ensure the store is always impeccable and reflects the brand image
  • Ensure compliance with procedures

EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years in a similar position
  • Previous experience in Serravalle Outlet
  • Customer-centric mindset, teamwork and digital skills
  • Attention to detail and organization abilities
  • Good knowledge of English (every other additional foreign language is a plus)
  • Knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory
